Validity of Warranty and Applicable Law

This warranty is valid only for products manufactured and installed by JF CABINETS within the United States of America. This warranty is non-transferable and extends solely to the original purchaser.

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of this limited warranty to the extent permitted by applicable Massachusetts law.

JF CABINETS shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use its products, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising from or relating to this warranty or the products supplied by JF CABINETS shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Massachusetts.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

​

To obtain warranty service, the customer must notify JF CABINETS in writing within a reasonable period after discovering the alleged defect and provide:

​

• A copy of the original proof of purchase.

• A detailed description of the issue.

• Photographs of the affected product.

• The address where the product is installed.

• ​

Warranty claims must be submitted directly to JF CABINETS for review. JF CABINETS reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any repair or replacement under this warranty.
